Milk Kefir

can be used to make keffirin complex the healthiest drink in the world ,yogurt ,cheese, smoothies ,sourdough , sauerkraut ,

water kefir

 is a great culture for making fizzy soda's and the flavours and and fruit you can add is limited by your imagination

 

Kombucha

 fantastic and simple to make  just make tea add sugar add Scobey (culture) wait 2 of 3 days it makes a refreshing light fizzy drink that tastes like apple juice ability to fight sickness and disease as well as bring a healthy balance back to your metabolism and organs.

i also leave some for a few weeks to go dry it turns in to kombucha vinegar and is great for pickling or salad dressing i have bottles dating back years the taste is fantastic especially if you spice it before setting aside
